Open Drive Zone, go to Help & Support, and start the help wizard. That route can include app context, request type, attachments you choose to add, and notification state for replies.

  • Use this for vehicle lookup issues, subscription access, account and sync questions, or product feedback.
  • Use the privacy request option for deletion, correction, restriction, objection, or access requests that self-service export does not answer.

If the app is unavailable

  • Support cases and attachments are retained as described in the privacy policy.
  • App Store billing and refunds are managed through Apple, but Drive Zone can help diagnose entitlement or restore problems.
